What Do You think?

I designed, wrote, tested and released the NAVT plugin for Word Press about 5-6 months ago. I had no idea that it would become so popular. To date, the plugin has been downloaded over 13,200 times from the WordPress plugin site and I remain overwhelmed by the numbers. Older versions have been downloaded another 3,000 times from this site.

I knew the idea was good when I wrote it. I just didn’t know there were so many people out there looking for the same solution. However, I did know it solved a big problem; arranging, mixing and organizing Word Press pages and categories and formatting web site navigation menus in a clear and understandable way. The real benefit is the ease in which you can change things – move something around using your mouse, click the Apply button and it’s done – no editing, or programming – no fuss – no muss. Introduction

NAVT release 95.38 adds the ability to create navigation groups that contain the authors, editors, contributors and even subscribers that are part of your web site. This is useful for those of you who have multiple authors publishing articles on your web site and they have regular readers.
