Act 54 Is Now Act 55

Another year in my life has passed and another year is about to begin. Much has happened to me and others in that year and I look forward to the next one. I woke up this morning to a nice gift from Julia (she gets too excited to wait until there is even any daylight). A small thought…

I had a reality check yesterday…in particular, the concept of stuff that looks like water on your back stoop when it’s 15 outside…it’s not water at all, it’s weird looking ice. In fact, I’ve found that if you try to test it out, even very slowly, you will in fact, fall down many stairs, slam onto the icy covered pavement, and apparently, you will rip a big hole in the ass of your jeans…that has become very real to me. However, my test worked, and subsequently, I fell down the stairs instead of my doggie falling down the stairs; it would have been nice though if falling wasn’t involved.

Happy Birthday Mom

Today is my Mother’s Birthday. I hope she gets a big chocolate cake and ice cream. Everyone should get a big chocolate cake with ice cream on their birthday – it should probably be a law. I also hope this message finds her in good health and spirits.
